Dragon*Con Memberships

Dragon*Con membership covers all four days, all panels, events, demonstrations, concerts, performances, contests, snacks and munchies in our Consuite (as available) and a host of other activities.

The Following are NOT covered in your membership fee:



Pricing for the Memberships to Dragon*Con 2010 is as follows:
  • $60 until 11/13/2009
  • $70 until 02/15/2010
  • $80 until 05/14/2010
  • $90 until 07/15/2010
  • $100 thereafter

Memberships are available for purchase via the Dragon*Con Store or you may download a membership form here. Please make your check or money order payable to Dragon*Con in US dollars.

Questions Regarding Pre-Registration

If you have questions, or concerns about your pre-registration for Dragon*Con; please contact the Dragon*Con Office directly or call the office during business hours Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST at 770-909-0115.

Please Note: To avoid delays in picking up your badge, please contact the office prior to August 15, 2010 for any of the following questions or concerns:

  • If you have ordered through paypal or the Dragon*Con store and have not received your postcard;

  • If you ordered multiple memberships through the store, and have only received one or less postcards;

  • If you are transferring your membership, and do not know your membership number.

Refund/Transfer Policy

We do not offer refunds for memberships. If you can't attend Dragon*Con after you've pre-registered you may transfer your membership to another person. This notice of transfer must be in writing and have the signatures of both the original member and the new member; click here for the .pdf Adobe Acrobat version.

There will be a $20 transfer fee.

We'd prefer to receive these in advance, but we know that sometimes things crop up on short notice. Therefore, we will accept membership transfers at-the-door; please see our "Solutions" Desk in the registration area. Also, Eternal Memberships are not transferable.

Please note that memberships cannot be transferred forward to the following year.

Picking Up Your Badge

Badges are not mailed out pre-show, however memberships ordered prior to the July 15, 2010 price change will receive a confirmation postcard in the mail. Though it is not required, bringing your postcard to the convention to pick up your badge will speed the process.

Dragon*Con Guest of Honor Awards Banquet

Dragon*Con Guest of Honor Awards Banquet tickets are $50.00 and can be purchased direcly via PayPal (click below link) or you can contact the Dragon*Con Office directly or call the office during business hours, Monday thru Friday 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. ET at 770-909-0115.

Group Rate Discounts

*Group rates are $5 off the current membership price. A group is 10 or more people sending in their memberships (by mail or fax) to the office at one time in one envelope or one fax. Include the names and addresses of all new members; confirmation postcards will be sent separately to each member.

Children's Memberships

*For children under seven, you have two options: 

  1. You can bring your child in for free; 

  2. Or, for the price of a regular membership, you can have your child placed in our at-con Day Care.  Children that are not potty-trained, are not eligible for Day Care.

Eternal Member

Eternal Members are $1000. They can now be purchased through the Dragon*Con Store, or through the office. To order through the office download the Eternal Membership form and send it and your payment to the office.

Assistance for handicapped, hard-of-hearing and mobility-impaired individuals is also available, generally free or at cost.
