Dragon*Con Memberships
Dragon*Con membership covers all four days, all panels, events, demonstrations, concerts, performances, contests, snacks and munchies in our Consuite (as available) and a host of other activities.
The Following are NOT covered in your membership fee:
“Will Call” memberships will be available for purchase Monday, August 30th at 5 pm EDST through Wednesday, September 1st at 5 pm EDST. The price for the will call badges will be $120 for all four days of the convention. There will be a special “will call” counter in the pre-registration area in back of the Capital Ballroom at the Atlanta Sheraton for these badges to be picked up.
Starting at 1PM EDST August 31, 2010 the sale of memberships will only be available through the online Dragon Con Store. The link to the Dragon Con Store is http://store.dragoncon.org/ Once you have completed your order, please print out your confirmation page from the Dragon*Con Store and bring your printed confirmation page and your government issued photo ID to the will call booth in pre-registration.

At-the-Door Memberships
In addition to full memberships, 1, 2 or 3-day passes are available at the door (and only at the door) on the day(s) that they are good for.
At the door rates:
- 4 Day (Friday–Monday): $100
- 3 Day (Saturday, Sunday, Monday–Available for Purchase on Saturday Only): $75
- 2 Day (Sunday, Monday–Available for Purchase on Sunday Only): $50
- Friday Only: $35 (Available for Purchase on Friday Only)
- Saturday Only: $50 (Available for Purchase on Saturday Only)
- Sunday Only: $35 (Available for Purchase on Sunday Only)
- Monday Only: $25 (Available for Purchase on Monday Only)
Children under the age of seven are free unless you wish to make use of the day care facilities, then they need a badge. There are no discounts for children other than the under seven rule.

Pre-Registration hours are as follows:
- Thu 9/2 -10am - 10pm
- Fri 9/3 - 8am - 10pm
- Sat 9/4 - 8am - 10pm
- Sun 9/5 - 8am - 10pm
- Mon 9/6 - 8am - 5pm
Please Note: To avoid delays in picking up your badge, please contact the office prior to August 15, 2010 for any of the following questions or concerns:
- If you have ordered through paypal or the Dragon*Con store and have not received your postcard;
- If you ordered multiple memberships through the store, and have only received one or less postcards;
- If you are transferring your membership, and do not know your membership number.

Refund/Transfer Policy
We do not offer refunds for memberships. If you can't attend Dragon*Con after you've pre-registered you may transfer your membership to another person. This notice of transfer must be in writing and have the signatures of both the original member and the new member; click here for the .pdf Adobe Acrobat version.
There will be a $20 transfer fee.
We'd prefer to receive these in advance, but we know that sometimes things crop up on short notice. Therefore, we will accept membership transfers at-the-door; please see our "Solutions" Desk in the registration area. Also, Eternal Memberships are not transferable.
Please note that memberships cannot be transferred forward to the following year.

Picking Up Your Badge
Badges are not mailed out pre-show, however memberships ordered prior to the July 15, 2010 price change will receive a confirmation postcard in the mail. Though it is not required, bringing your postcard to the convention to pick up your badge will speed the process.

Group Rate Discounts
*Group rates are $5 off the current membership price. A group is 10 or more people sending in their memberships (by mail or fax) to the office at one time in one envelope or one fax. Include the names and addresses of all new members; confirmation postcards will be sent separately to each member.

Children's Memberships
*For children under seven, you have two options:

You can bring your child in for free;

Or, for the price of a regular membership, you can have
your child placed in our at-con Day Care. Children that are not potty-trained, are not eligible for Day Care.

Eternal Member
Eternal Members are $1000. They can now be purchased through the Dragon*Con Store, or through the office. To order through the office download the Eternal Membership form and send it and your payment to the office.
