Dealers Room and Exhibit Hall
In the Dealers Room, you can shop through one of the largest assortments of original crafts, medieval arms and artifacts, posters, models, games and accessories, Silver and Golden Age comics, Japanese Animation merchandise and hardback and paperback books to be found in the world.
In the Exhibit Hall, you can browse amongst the latest new products and releases from a wide variety of gaming, comic and book publishing companies, often times being able to chat with the creators and publishers themselves.
The Dealers Room and Exhibit Hall public hours are:
- Friday 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Monday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Dealer and Exhibitor Information
The Dealers and Exhibitors Halls are completely sold out. Anyone else who has applied will be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if you receive placement in one of the halls.
Georgia Sales and Use Tax Forms (Form FS 32 – “Miscellaneous Events”) will be available at check in. The Fulton County tax rate is 8%.
Move in hours are Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and again on Friday morning from 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The show opens to the public at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
Dealers will move in through the Courtland St. loading dock at the Marriott across the street from the Hilton. The Atlanta Police Department and Dragon*Con Security will be available to help you determine where to load in. Check in at the booth outside of the International Ballroom. The Dealer Room Director is Robyn Chappell.
Exhibitors can move in through the Baker St. loading dock through the freight elevator. The Atlanta Police Department and Dragon*Con Security will be available to help you determine where to load in. Exhibitors check in at the tables at the front of the Marquis Ballroom. Exhibitors for both halls will check in at this one table. The Exhibit Hall Director for the Marquis Ballroom is Vickie Fingerman. The Exhibit Hall Director for the Imperial Ballroom is Teresa Thomason.
